At Mixshe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Mixshe account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
